Full-gut renovation of a 1930 investment property in the North Station District section of the city.

Improvements included updating all electrical and plumbing in the entire house and adding an HVAC system to the home. We created an open floor-plan and added new stairs and railings to add a contemporary aesthetic.

This project included both an interior and exterior renovation. We acquired a tenant for this unit in under one week.
